How to combine multiple "takes" in Garage Band takes feature

HELP ! I accidentally recorded in the TAKES feature in Garagege Band. So instead of one audio recording file of our meeting I ended up with 660 takes. I can pull up each take one at a time. Only one at a time by the take number. I need the whole recording. How do I combine all the 660 takes to make one recording file? Is there a "takes" folder that has all the individual takes where I can combine them?

GarageBand 10, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

try this:

after saving the current multi-take project, create a new GB project, choose "Empty Project" for the template, and when asked to choose a track type, pick Software Instrument

select the original Multi-Take file in Finder, control-click it and choose "Duplicate"

on the duplicate file control-click the file and choose "Show Package Contents"

open the Media folder, and then the Audio Files folder.

if you only created a single multi-take recording, you should find one file, drag and drop that into a blank area of the GB timeline (below the Software Track, not in it), it should contain all your sequential takes.

in future make sure the Cycle Region button is turned off:
