Could someone help me out? Need to know what to do!

Question

So, the MacBook I currently have  being used by the I.T guy at the company I work at, he was fired, and left without us receiving the admin password from him. What we didn’t know at the time was that he had downloaded a bunch of adobe programs ( like framework, dreamweaver, device central, media encoder) and probably more I can’t even see, I do know he’s made it to where I can’t do anything on these programs. Just recently I’ve noticed my account on the Mac book had a lot of parental restrictions on and then my phone started to act weird, maybe it has all along and I havent even noticed, but I changed my Apple ID and got a new phone along with a new number and the things were still happening on my phone, that’s when I went searching through everything on the computer and iPhone. Alot of the things I had no idea what they were, so I started to do my research on all of them. The I.T guy was the cell phone guy for the company, over 250 phones are on the account, my understanding from the geek squad at Best Buy is that frameworks could basically have control over every one of the cell phones. The guy said he would’ve thought I was crazy if he didn’t see the things happening right in front of him. He told me to wipe the laptop, and that was the plan until I couldn’t save any of my files off of it, so I stopped and called Apple. They didn’t help me at all, they also wanted me to wipe the laptop, which I didn’t want to do at this point because the laptop was the only evidence I had of this going on. Apple told me to call apple developers, so I did, they told me that they couldn’t do anything either and they didn’t even know what any of the adobe programs I was talking about. When i eventually got ahold of the adobe customer service, they looked up the I.T guys name, a bunch of names popped up because its a common name, so he searched the phone number I had for him, an account came up but didn’t match the name I gave him so he wouldn’t tell me anything other than to contact the bank to cancel the subscription.
