How to insert new blank Home Screen page between Home Screen page?

Hello,

I already have a few pages of apps on my iPhone Home screen with a total of around 150 apps. I would like to have a new empty page as the first page on my Home screen. A few years back, this question was asked already:

The answer back then was to use iTunes. However, Apple has stripped this functionality from iTunes. So given it is 2018 now, how does one do this without having to move every of the apps or folders on screen to the right?

You don't.

You can leave only one item on the first page. Nothing else will be added to it automatically. Downloads will always be added to empty spaces on later pages.
