Instagram NOT Updating

Hello,

I am having an issue with the Instagram app on my phone. It says it is updated but it is not updated to the latest version. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and deleting the app, restarting my phone (iPhone X), and reinstalling the app again but it still goes to the old version.

HELP!
