The pictures that i’v added to the photos app for mac automatically edits the photos from Black & white to colour. The black & white profile was from my Fujifilm camera, how do I avoid the Photos app from turning the pictures into colour?

Are your photos RAW files? If you used a black&white preset on the camera, the original RAW files will still be color images. To save the way the photos are looking on your camera, take RAW&JPEG pairs, so you have a JPEG photo developed with the camera preset and the original RAW file.
