Mac App Store blank update page

I have a strange problem I've run into I'm wondering if anyone could help with.

My App Store icon has 7 notifications on it in the dock but when I go to the 'updates' page, it's completely blank. Refreshing, force quitting, restarting my Mac and signing out of the store and back in etc doesn't work.

The 'purchased' tab shows the correct information.

I'm downloading 10.13.4 directly from the Apple site but wondered if anyone has encountered/troubleshot this before?

This is the system I'm on:

Hey thats great Michel that Safe Mode fixed it. I used Sierra Cache cleaner to clear both system and user caches, since I had no idea if it was system or user related. Booting into Safe Mode does NOT clear the local user caches-- I verified this in testing. And according to Apple's short description on Safe Mode's cache cleaning:

Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files

However, in this instance it seems the problem wasnt in a local user cache, but in a system cache, so booting into Safe Mode is a perfectly good method.
