The most recent update has completely nuked my keyboard for boot camp. It pairs just fine and connects with macOS, but launching Windows is another story. All of my other peripherals work just fine, except for my keyboard. An overlay dialog says "Connected", but hangs, and nothing works. I'll spam keys over and over, and the thing doesn't connect.

Does mouse work fine? What mouse do you use? I've got Magic Mouse 2 broken as well.

Verify that BT link keys are identical on both sides.
Could you please explain in more detail? How to verify and can they be altered in Windows to match?

I’m away for a couple of days so am hoping to try again when I get back. I’ll try deleting the Windows updates and see if that fixes the issue.
Did Windows Update provide a Security or a Driver Update? Please check Windows Update history.
Yes, link keys are the same in Mac OS and Windows. BT panel says that mouse connected, but it doesn't work.
Near sure that the core of problem is 10.13.4 update. I have bootcamp backup made when all works fine. I restored it and mouse doesn't work.
The only difference is that I got High Sierra update.
So you were running 10.13.4 and Windows 10 1607 and peripherals worked?

There are quite a few issues with 1709 (Fall Creators Update) and Bootcamp drivers. 1607 (Anniversary Update) works, as long as you are careful with Windows Updates.
Yes, the main issue is that Bootcamp drivers a bit outdated, for near 3 years 😟
If the drivers work on 1607, then 1709 should not break them. I have seen 1709 create issues with GPUs as well.
