Hi normally when I open my imbox on an email there is blue dot in the left top right-hand corner Of the email, is it possible a virus because it’s a look suspicious writings OK thank you iOS iPhone 7 update

If you are talking about a blue dot, it might be that e-mail message hasn't been read yet.

Open the message and the blue dot should go away.

In any case, it's not a virus. Your iPhone (unless it has been jailbroken) doesn't get viruses.

1. That is a scam. Ignore and delete that message.


2. If you are having problems about the "indian" symbol, I suggest that you update the iPhone to the latest iOS version, iOS 11.3 that was realeased 2 days ago.

Read also this article, in particular section related to version 11.2.6., that corrected the strange character's intrusion.
