Filevault stuck

hello guys

i start yesterday overnight an encrypted process using filevault

This morning the process was stuck and i forced a reboot

Impossible to boot as i discovered later that the disk was paused 24% and locked

ctrl r and open a terminal ,i used the unlock command with diskutil but i don’t know to resume,the encryption

diskutil apfs list show :

Volume disk3s1 ......

.....

Encryption Progress: 24% (Paused) ( Unlocked )

how can i resume that, the power cable is plugged ? Thanks for your help
