iPad and iPhone rapidly connect and disconnect to Mac

My iPad and iPhone rapidly connect and disconnect to my Mac Air. I tried both USB ports. I tried reset SMC. Both of my charging cables I used are official cables, they still work perfectly when I tried on other computers and when I used them to charge my phone. On the other hand, the USB ports still work when I connect them with my USBs. Idk if there's anything wrong with the cables, the ports or my devices? Any suggestions?? TY

Hi, I did not have access to my Mac for the pass few weeks, so sorry for replying late. I tried to reset location and privacy on both my phone and my iPad, then tried to reset the location and privacy on my Mac (which I could not find as in the photo I attached, there's no option as such). Hence, after reset my phone and iPad but not Mac, it still does not connect at all sadly. Do you have any other solutions? Thank you

Have you updated your Mac's Operating System (10.13.4) recently?

If so, reset your Location and Privacy, as this may resolve the issue. The next time you connect both devices (which you are), your Mac will prompt you to verify whether or not you Trust this New Device Setup.

So, After this Update, Go Here On Your Mac: Settings > Select: General > Select: Reset > Select: Reset Location & Privacy > Proceed from there
