Why is my iMac running so slowly?

As per other discussion threads, I have downloaded and run EtreCheck and posted the report below. As noted, our machine is running poorly/slowly across the board (start-up, program launch, internet searching, etc.) We could use help figuring out where the "bubble gum" is stuck in the system and advice on how to get it out!

Thanks!!

Uninstall Clean My Mac 2 and 3 as per developers instructions or download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac It will detect Clean My Mac as PUP (Potentially Unwanted Software) and will remove the app and all of its components. Clean My Mac is practically malware. No Anti-Virus software or so-called “cleaning” apps are needed or recommended for Mac OS. They can conflict with Mac's own built-in security. At best they will slow your Mac by using unnecessary resources and at worst will bork your entire system.
