How to Block or Disable USB Port on Mac Sierra

Dear Experts,

Could you please help me block or disable USB ports in Mac sierra.

I followed both the methods but still not working.Kindly provides the solution to a block or disable USB.

Method 1

To remove kernel extensions for specific hardware

OUSBMassStorageClass.kext

Method 2

cd /System/Library/Extensions/

sudo kextload IOUSBMassStorageClass.kext

iMac Pro, iOS 11.3

USB Devices disabled I see "USB Devices Disabled" on my Mac, and all the ports are disabled for Input devices. Is there a setting I can re-engage them with? I just need it for my Ethernet and cannot even get them going again.
