Virus, they robbed my debit card details

Hello, I'm recently having problem with popping tabs In every browser (safari, chrome, mozilla). I read that It maybe some plugin installed but it wasn't a case. I removed all plugins as well as cookie files and problem keep appearing. Honestly I ignored that until today when I realised that someone hacked my debit card details. At 30th of March I wanted to place an order from www.nike.com where I obviously provided my details. And today morning someone made a purchase using my card. I think that thing might have an impact. How can I scan my macbook or do anything because everyone says 'MAC SOFTWARE IS CLEAN'- seems like not.
