Color Picker High Sierra OS 10.13

I only have two rows of color. Is there a solution to this problem? It started in High Sierra.

In OS X El Capitan 10.11.6, the Colorpicker has a tiny, centered dot below the swatch rectangles. This “grip” would allow click and drag expansion to the full 10 rows and 23 columns that are/were available. This “grip” is gone with the High Sierra (and possibly Sierra) ColorPicker and is restricted to 26 swatches, with no expansion remedy.


An alternative is to create Color Sets (the third ColorPicker toolbar icon) via the gear selector, and click on the individual members of this set to apply custom colors. These .clr color sets are saved in ~/Library/Colors. In the following, I added teh RGB and Hex information as additional documentation for the individual colors. I also have some optional color pickers installed.
