I received a notification there was a problem with the payment method with a member of my family sharing plan which Ive never used. When I go to settings it says my id is already used for shared purchases with letters in Chinese.
I changed my user name and password but it is still there.
What can I do?
Contact Apple ID Support. Based on what I've read, Apple is aware of the problem and is working on it,
Apple Support by e-mail or chat Select your device, Battery, Power and Charging, then Power adapter not working to get a chat option. If the initial contact can’t help you, ask them to have someone who can help contact you. If you need to talk to them, ask them if they will do a Skype or FaceTime with you.

This same thing happened to me. Literally just call ** support. Took like 20 minutes but they fixed it. Basically in so many words you were hacked through your email. Change your email password and apple password so it doesn’t happen again.
