I want to hide my number...That option used to be in Settings > Phone > Show my Caller ID.
I am now on iOS 11.3, and "Show my caller ID" has disappeared...and there is no related option anymore in Settings > Phone...
Can't find it anywhere...anyone know how to turn this on in iOS 11?

That option is still there on my iPhone with iOS 11.3 but the options available on that screen vary by carrier. I have used both AT&T and Verizon and AT&T has a good number of options in Settings > Phone that are not there on a Verizon device. Some of them can be accomplished via the carrier's customer service.
"Show My Caller ID button" does not appear in Settings > Phone
