Im trying to change my Country/Region but there are no country listed on the dropdown on the Payment and Shipping page. What to do?
Im trying to change my Country/Region but there are no country listed on the dropdown on the Payment and Shipping page. What to do?
Are you changing this on a device or computer? If a device, do you have access to a computer to see if you can change it there?
Do you have access to another network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
contact iTunes Support. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.

I tried it from both my iPhone X and laptop computer. Same result.
