Problem with files app on iPhone

Hi guys,

When I try to download files with my iPhone 6s (iOS 11.3) from my iCloud Drive account with the FILES app, every file tap results in “Waiting to download” and a spinning circle forever. I tried with both cellular and wi-fy networks but the problem persists. How can I solve it?

I tried to restart and updated to latest iOS update. 5. The fifth one is when I opened the link on Chrome browser and that configuration box popped up asking me to Download. Unable to assess file via Files apps over cellular “Unable to assess file via Files apps over cellular” is not a new topic, but problem still happens, try every methods mentioned previously! Not working at all

Can't download old message attachments on iPhone When I "Tap to Download," it changes to the download progress circle for a split second and returns to the "Tap to Download" appearance. I'm able to view old attachments on my Mac, so I know it's not corrupted on the iCloud servers, or something. I've tried signing out of iCloud and resetting network settings.
