Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I am using an IPhone 7 on IOS 11.3
When I answer a call or when I call someone the speaker icon is not clickable and I cannot hear the person calling me and they can’t hear me as well
I have tried restarting my IPhone, removing any accessories, turning all Bluetooth devices off, and nothing worked
Please can someone help me with my issue

If you can‘t hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn‘t clear on your iPhone -- When you're unable to hear while on a phone call, the steps in this article can help.
If your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode -- If you raise or lower the volume on your iPhone you see "Headphones" at the top of the volume indicator, refer to this article.
