Win10 directX problema (STEAM)

I'm trying to play any game from my steam library but now they all report a inssue with the directX. As if is not instaled. I run the DXDialg an it reports that I have the directx 12 installed without problems.. But the steam games not recognize...

This problem is happening even with games the woking normaly before.

Someone else is having this same problem?
