iPhone 6s repeats the same song over and over

iPhone 6s - iOS - 11.3

I cannot get my music to stop repeating the same song, over and over again. I have to skip to next or hit 'shuffle' ~ which selects a random song from the album.

Same thing if I create a playlist. So irritating.
