Question: Family Share not working with app

One member of my family purchased an app called Paprika 3. I've downloaded it but every time I try to use it, I get a message "This app is no longer shared with you." It directs me to the App store and when I click on Open it takes me back to the app and "This app is no longer shared with you."

The only way I can get the app to work is to delete it from my phone and then download it again, and while downloading I get a message telling me a family member has already purchased the app.

I use the app regularly and this is driving me nuts.

I have 11.3 iOS.

Any suggestions?
