How to fixate top rows, while scrolling the rest?

Hi, I'm modifying this free template for excel and openoffice. A feature which is lost while importing it to numbers is that the first 11 rows are fixated, so they are always on the screen, while scrolling the rest of the document. How can I create that same effect in numbers?

You cannot 'fixate' 11 rows in a Numbers Table.


You can "Freeze Header rows" and/or "Freeze Header Columns" to achieve the same effect, but the affect applies only to rows you have defined as Header rows and/or columns you have defined as Header columns.


Header rows must start with Row 1, must be contiguous, and are limited to five rows.

Header columns must start with column A, must be contiguous, and are limited to five columns.
