itunes stuck at reading library photo

Hi,

I was trying to sync my selected pictures(around 14,000 pictures+videos) into my iphoneX, however it stucks at "reading pictures" like forever. I was able to sync photos normally before until i update my itunes to the latest version(12.7.4.80) this morning.

I already tried all the ways which were posted in the community and nothing works. what else can i do to fix this? please help!

Every time I try to sync it gets stuck on reading photos. I have tried waiting it out, but even after 13 hours iTunes is still stuck on reading. no problem syncing before itunes 12.9.4.94. Now it is stuck on reading photos want feature to put photo back into iPhone

iTunes takes forever when syncing at step "Reading photos from iPhone Photos" running iTunes 12.9.5.5 iphone 11 OS 13.3 recently occurred that it would like a very long time for iTunes to 'reading photos from 'iphone photos', as attached photo shows. noted that 'iPhone Photos' is just a location I store my pictures to sync. It wasnt like this, It was fast only take less than a minute to do so, and now even 30mins wouldn't do the job. please help. thanks.
