Apple TV loading very slow.

I have the 4th gen ATV. I have checked me connection several times. Getting between 25 and 35 mg. Not having so much trouble with movies. But with the apps like Yoitube. Have done resets several times really don’t notice a difference. Accessing YouTube. It loads but no graffics. Have to switch between home and subscription than most things load but still not everything. I only have an internet connection. I never remember having this issue with my 3rd gen ATV. Would still have today but had a power outage while updating software. Now it’s only a paper weight.
