My second generation Apple TV will not connect to iTunes says its the wrong password which it is not.

My 2 gen Apple TV will not connect to iTunes or the cloud and says its the wrong password which it is not. It is connected to my WiFi and I can watch Netflix and other Services but none of my iTunes purchased shows or movies. Any ideas.
