Unable to attach MP4 file in the resolution center reply message

Hi,

I am in process of replying to the message from App Review Board. I am trying to attach the MP4 file video recording which captures the screens of the activity performed on my App. But, attachment is not accepted and get the error "Your file could not be loaded. Try again.".

Please help me in finding the acceptable file format specification and an app from Apple Store which can be used for video recording of screens of App to produce the acceptable file format.

I cannot find the setting to correct this for the life of me. Every time I start a new project and import photos to a new project, I get the error "The video properties of this clip are not standard. To set project properties based on this clip, choose Custom from the Format pop-up menu." Then when I click on the photo in the project library, only half of it is highlighted with the yellow box. Checked import settings and everything looks correct. I'm sure this is an easy fix but really appreciate anyone's help.

'Unsupported Video Format' in Photos App since update to Big Sur Since updating to Big Sur 11.0 and 11.1, iPhone-recorded videos that used to playback fine in the Photos app now have the 'Unsupported Video Format' error in the top right and have choppy playback. Is this something that is being addressed in a future software/app update? This error seems to only appear when I record videos in 4K, with either 24 or 30fps.

error message "The frame rate of your app video preview is too high." by AppStore connect I was trying to upload a video of screen motions made by QuickTime Player on AppStore connect. The video was made successfully, but when I was uploading the video on AppStore connect, the error message was displayed, saying "The frame rate of your app video preview is too high." Having looked at the details of my video, I wasn't able to find where the frame rate was. Attached image is everything I know about the details of my video by QuickTime Player. How can I solve this problem?
