Niantic Ban refund?

Hello, Apple seems to be helping Niantic rob me.


I purchased some pokecoins from Niantic in the Pokemon Go app as an in-app purchase. Then months later they banned my account. I asked if they would transfer my purchased coins to a new account they said no. So they take my money, deny me access to my purchase and then Apple are facilitating the theft because it's been more than 90 days. Niantic should not be allowed to rob people like this. I will not buy anymore in-app purchases through Apple I have learned my lesson.

Yes I spoke to iTunes support and they keep sayimg nothing they can do speak to the developer. I speak to the developer and they just tell me to create a new account but they won’t transfer the coins so I lost my purchase. I guess just warning others that Apple will assist Niantic by allowing them to deny access to your putchases after 90 days.
