Deleteing iPod Photo Cache

I am having a folder called "Ipod Photo Cache" every time I have to sync my IPhoneX from windows10. I know that I have to delete it every time when I'm syncing the pictures. I don't know for other people but for me this is very annoying since I sync my phone every week.

Is there any way that can do to not need to delete it every time or maybe it can be somewhere else aside to appear in my photo folder?
