iOS 11.3 broke my mic!!!

Ever since I updated to iOS 11.3 (the day it came out), my mic stopped working. I can no longer use Siri (like I ever used it anyways), no voice memos (can't even play old ones), can make calls but both parties hear nothing, video recording record without the sound.

I finally got the time to play with it today, updated to iOS 11.3.1 first, it didn't fix any of my phone's problems so restored the phone, set it up as a new phone etc... Nothing is working. My mic hardware is ok, iOS 11.2 was just fine.

Anyone else..? Any fixes? I'm in Mongolia, can't visit apple store.
