Apps management in iTunes

Why can I not see the Apps icon in iTunes for both my Iphone 6s and my iPad. I used to be able to see and manage the apps on my device from the PC.

How do I get it back on the iTunes desktop.

That was removed from iTunes with the 12.7 update: Changes in the new iTunes - Apple Support
