iPhone locked (warranty + buying bill is there)

2 Monthes ago i've bought an iPhone 7 and it has been locked hence of reseting it without knowing the Email,

(ye ye my lil brother done it and i think there are million other excuses to be said according to most of the sherlock holmes that'll ask "how come you can't rememer the Email") if i remember it i wouldnt post anything here.

i have ofc the buying bill papers and phone's warranty is still active;EVERYTHING to prove my "ownage of the phone" is here, so i tried "contacting the carrier" and the place where i Bought it from and they said that they can't help me.

What else is there to do and to who i go to?

it ***** when you pay for somethign and lose it 2 monthes later you know

Welcome to the Apple community.

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.

You will need to show patience with the procedure and be prepared to demonstrate without question that the account belongs to you. Don’t expect access to be restored immediately and if you aren’t the owner of the Apple ID registered to the device the account won’t be reset.

If your country isn't listed use the Country and Region Selector and select the ‘other' option in your region, if you don't like the contact options presented to you, use the contact details for the nearest country listed at Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support that does have telephone support, but note that not all locations can be contacted from outside the country. It may be simpler to contact them by other means at least initially.

Alternatively you might try at iTunes Support

Thank you for replying,

as i said there i have my proof of me buying the phone and everything.

of course i'm not expecting it to get done in a flash,

but i didn't understand how do i get to talk to an operator since my country is not listed in the link "Apple ID Support" you've put, (Israel)

i'd be glad of instructions how to contact apple operator or anyone who can help

Alright i did as you said first thing about country selector and gotten to the page where i set details for apple to call me,
when i put my phone number it says "please enter a valid phone number"

i tried both my mobile phone and home phone, tried to put the (972+) at first and it still giving that error

So how should a "valid phone number" look like ?
