I recently upgraded to iTunes 12.7 and it appears the Home Videos menu item has disappeared. I use this menu all the time when importing videos to iTunes. There is another thread with a solution by way of hovering over a hidden menu item, but this solution no longer works.

Ah, I think this is one of those occasions where hiding clutter for some users causes confusion for others. Add a video or change the media kind of one you already have to Home Video and I suspect the option will appear.

Are you sure you don't see the word edit if you put the pointer in the correct place? Still working here.

Yes, the edit option is still there, but Home Videos is no longer listed as an option under Movies, or any of the other media types.
