Why is my Apple Music not working ???

have the membership with imusic and i went to go download music and said that my Apple id needs to be a Canadian one which it is because I made it in Canada and said Canada and I still am in Canada but it has worked in the past I had the membership for like around 1 year now and it worked fine untill now
