Late 2015 iMac is incredibly sluggish!
I have had my late 2015 iMac since April of 2017. I bought it brand new from Apple. From the day I got it, this thing has ran more slowly than any Mac I have ever owned. I spent all kinds of time on the phone with tech support (bought Apple Care with it) resetting RAM and doing other various checks. I have reinstalled the OS, both from my Time Machine backup and from scratch. Nothing seems to help! I finally got an appointment at an Apple Store in Lansing but they insisted nothing was wrong. Just told me I'm used to having a computer with an SSD. But I'm sure it's more than that. This thing has caused me so much frustration that I'm almost ready to....dare I say it ....switch back to a Windows machine.
Any help would be appreciated!
