My Iphone X doesn't connect to Itunes 12.1.2 (onWindows 7 32 bits), iTunes shows an error message without any error number).
This is the latest version of ITunes for Windows 7. The problem remains when I use another cable or another computer.
What can I do ?

I confirm ITunes 12.7.4 works on Windows 7 32 bit and allows my iPhone X to connect ans synchronize. However iTunes 12.7.4 does no longer manage iPhone apps.

The latest version for Windows 7 is 12.7.4
interesting. Apple removed app management from iTunes last year. However, they still support 12.6.4 which does support app management, and which will work with your phone.
