I'm not sure I understand your 2nd sentence.
If you haven't done so already, try resetting the printing system.

the problem is that the computer sees the printer as if it were a usb stick.
with Disc Utility I saw that it is the installer, about 50mb and that is a volume that can not be formatted.
Have you tried to add the printer by clicking on the plus sign as shown in the screen shot?
See if you can add it in the Safe Mode. If not, restart normally and try again.
