Hi, my problem is that I can't install Xcode cause the App store said that I need to have MacOs High Sierra or later installed, but my MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2009) is not compatible.
What can I do?

You can download old versions of Xcode here: https://developer.apple.com/download/more/
You will probably have to sign up for a free developer account.
If you told me what version of macOS you have, I could tell you which version of Xcode would be the best.
Buy a newer computer. See if there is an older version available for you by searching at support.apple.com/downloads. Note that using an older version of Xcode will produce apps that may not be fully compatible with newer versions of macOS.
I am using OSX10.9.5. Looks Xcode6.2 i can install. Please share your views.
