iPhone 7 Plus earpiece speaker gone low

i just found out since I update my iPhone on iOS 11 the sound is gone low from top earpiece

yesterday I compare my 7plus with iPhone 7

i played same track on both but iPhone 7 was the winner the sound coming from top earpiece was so loud I could even feel rhe sound coming out from grill

on my iPhone 7 Plus the top earpiece speaker is not that loud and can’t even feel anything

is anyone facing this issue on 7 Plus as well

let me know guys or anyone got any fix

as I’ve done everything last night

and even went to setting and try the sound level right to left so I checked the top speaker only it’s not that loud compare to my normal iPhone 7

My IPhone 7 Plus earpiece went low and there was no way to have a conversation unless in speaker mode. I googled and found that problem is starting to happen to many people. I did several resets and a back to cloud and iTunes which did nothing. My only option left was to wipe the phone and restore! The phone is 180 days out of warranty and Apple wanted $349 to fix it. I can't have loss of use of the phone so I am heading to do an upgrade tomorrow. What a bummer!
