One of my banks tells me I need to update my browser on my iPad. I can not find
where in the iPad to update it. Can someone in the forum help out?

The latest update for your iPad 2 is iOS 9.3.5.

Safari is a part of Mac OS and iOS so the only way to get the most current version is to upgrade that version.
Your device may be too old to upgrade it's iOS version so you're out of luck.

How do we update Safari ?
