Mac OS X version shows wrong or didn't update

Hi everybody,

I need running Docker on Mac OS mini, but there is a error message 'needing Mac OS X >=10.10'. Then I need to update Mac OS X.

But when I looked my OS version and Apple store, I cannot to find out which latest version which my Mac mini is running on. Because Apple Store said, High Sierra was installed so, I cannot update again. Why High Sierra Category is Utilities, not be OS X. How to update the latest Mac OS in this case.
