Unpair iwatch 2 failed now in loop

I have tried to repair iwatch series 2 I have unpaired it came up with an error could not u

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 7.1.1

Iwatch 5 issue Does anyone able to fix the issue with their series 5 iwatch where turns on and off repeated like it is malfunctioning then eventually it gives you the error message support.apple.com/watch/restore and does nothing after that? i am able to get it to the next screen to unpair, pair, or update my iwatch. It says in the error message screens and turns off within minutes. I have a repair store look and they said it is not a hardware issue. Seems to be a software issue. apple store will diagnose and fix for no less than $330. i purchased this watch fall of 2020 so barely past the warranty period. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I have done that a number of times all it keeps telling me is your pairing has failed try again. I have switched off my iPhone 7 then switched off my iwatch, started again at least 10 times and I’m just in a loop, I even tried to removed the iwatch app from my iPhone and start again but of course it just says open iwatch app cannot think of anymore to do
