Recovering previous OSX Version and then subsequent files

Hi,

I am trying to revert my MacBook Pro back to a backup of High Sierra that I made on version 10.13.2, as I am having problems with the latest version. Since I made this original backup, I have uploaded quite a number of photos to my Photo Library/possibly made changes to my iTunes library and have made subsequent backups including these files via Time Machine.

If I restore to the 10.13.2 backup version that I made back in February, can I then recover my Photos and iTunes library from a more recent backup?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Kind regards,

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)
