iPhone is blocked Good day! My name is Ruslan, I live in Kiev, Ukraine. After damage of screen on Iphone 7 I changed the screen for a new one. Manager of service centre called me and told that my iPhone was blocked. He explained me that in the reason of damage of screen, iPhone was entering password by itself numbers of time and as a reason iPhone was blocked. The problem is that unfortunately I have not synchronized it. And there are a lot of photos of my kids almost for three years inside it. Now I try to have an access at least to photos data. I have my password, ID, original box and receipt from Apple Store (Belgium Brussels). And I was told that if I have payment receipt, box I have a chance with help of Apple Support to have an access to my Iphone. Could you please recommend me what should I do in my case? Thanks in advance!)

Blocked iPad Apple blocked my iPad and for 3 weeks I have tried everything they have thrown at to the point that they accept my I'd in an email but then not when entering it in iPad. Unable to speak on phone and cannot now go to an Apple shop, yet they dont have an email address. I am caring a cancer patient and need to be in contact. I was going to smash my iPad and get a new one but not an apple one. If not resolved I will wait for shop to open and smash the apple iPad there and then with a hammer

as where you come from states If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

focus on this bit

Open iTunes. If asked for a passcode, try another computer you've synced with, or use recovery mode

if it's really your appleID which is blocked then.

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
