Question: sim not supported under activation policy

Hi there,

I have just moved from NZ to Sweden. I have an iPhone 6s plus. When putting a swedish SIM card in my phone, it says sim not valid. I contacted my provider in NZ and they confirmed without any doubt that the phone has been unlocked. It continues to say SIM not valid. I have restarted it, updated it, plugged it into iTunes, etc. How can I get a SIM card working in this phone and what is the problem?

Hi,

since you old carrier confirmed that the phone is unlocked, you should contact you new carrier to get another SIM.

Do you have the chance to check with a different SIM maybe from a friend just to see, whether the phone accepts this one.
