In last one day I already updated my credit card data, and I need to come back all my pictures from my iphone... please help me.

I can´t see my pictures en icloud, only 95 but i have 5000 pictures... yesteday i not have problem but today i can´t see. with others tools, i can see my pictures in itunes back up but can not download

Did your iCloud Storage downgrade? Do you see a Recently Deleted album at iCloud.com/Photos when accessing it using a computer browser?
If necessary contact iCloud Support. You may have to try twice.
I already update the data of my credit card for the icloud payment as I can do to recover all my photographs ???
