Hi there. I’ve tried everything: making sure the iPad Pro and keyboard are properly connected, there’s no debris, making sure it’s in type position, etc. my iPad Pro is still not recognizing the keyboard and I’ve only use the keyboard twice! Can someone help? Anything else I can do or check?

If your iPad Pro doesn't detect your Smart Keyboard or you see an "Accessory not supported" alert on your iPad Pro, make sure there's no debris or plastic covering on the Smart Connector pins on the keyboard or the Smart Connector on the iPad Pro. Also, try these steps:
- Make sure that your iPad Pro and Smart Keyboard are in the Type position.
- Remove the Smart Keyboard from your iPad Pro.
- Restart your iPad Pro.
- Reconnect the Smart Keyboard.

The question is about wireless keyboard. I am having the same problem. I was using my wireless keyboard with iPad Pro w no problems ever since getting the iPad Pro in November. A month ago the wireless keyboard stopped working. I took it to Apple store and they said it was defective and replaced it. They ordered a new wireless keyboard for me. I am on my second wireless keyboard replacement!! I still cannot get the iPad Pro to recognize the wireless keyoard. Pls help. I am so exasperated and worn out.
