Hacked? My location was shared and contact name changed

Was my phone/account hacked? An iMessage was sent to one of my contacts saying that I started sharing my location with her. On her screen it showed the exact location of where I was. On my screen it showed:

In addition to sharing my location, my friend's contact name was changed to Rzszz. I did not change my friend's contact name, nor did I share my location with her. I have looked everywhere and can't find anything about this being a hack, but I definitely didn't do this. Also, on the Messages app on my MacBook, it doesn't show that I sent my friend my location at all. Was I hacked? How do I fix this?
