iWeb crashes when I try to publish

Using Mac OS X. iWeb crashes when I try to publish, after 8 years of problem free updating, gives following error

Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGBUS)

Exception Codes: KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE at 0x0000000000000088

Crashed Thread: 18

Have tried everything forums suggest.; repaired hard disc, added 1TB, deleted photos, blogs etc.

Desperately need to update our charity's website. Please help.

They load and show up for about a second, then the page turns blank and reloads for another second, then goes blank with an error message: A problem repeatedly occurred with "https://www.ebay.com/....." I installed macOS High Sierra now when I can't access some sites. Error message: problem repeatedly occured with... reloading webpage. Last week I installed macOS High Sierra so I could run Trend Micro Antivirus on my iMac and my MacBook Pro (all updates installed). There are some sites I cannot access as the page keeps reloading and the message I get is: Problem repeatedly occurred on ...... website. Reload Website. This happens using Safari where after 2 attempts at autoload, the webpage goes blank. With other browsers, Firefox and Chrome the page finally becomes stable and I can continue browsing. have tried deleating cookies and emptying caches but the problem persists.

Unable to open Mixcloud.com I am running Safari 12.1 on MacOS 10.13.6 and I am unable to open the site https://www.mixcloud.com/ I get the error Safari Can't open the Page the error is : "The operation could not be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 303.) (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork:303) I seem to be able to open any other site OK. I have two accounts on my mac, one being an admin account and one a standard account. Oddly, I get the same error when trying to access the site from either account. I have done a search on here and found other posts regarding the 303 error and tried manually resetting Safari (in the standard account) with no luck. Have also tried rebooting in Safe Mode with no luck in resolving things. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
