Cardiogram - Heart rate showing 25 BPM at deep sleep for a very few moments?

User uploaded fileUser uploaded file

Hi all,

I am using apple watch series-3 and cardiogram app. For last four days I started using the watch during my sleep also. I shocked to see the bar chart for heart rate on cardiogram app. I noticed momentary drop in my heart rate at the level of 20-28 BPM for few minuted during very deep sleep. I am attaching herein screenshot for four days.

Kindly, let me know is this abnormal as per health? Or, apple watch heart sensor or cardiogram app is behaving erroneously?

Please share your views.

Thanks,

The abnormally low rate might be genuine in which case you should probably consult your doctor. OR it could be the result of your movements disrupting the position of the sensor on your wrist, and causing false readings - in which case you might decide to accept it. Only you can consider your risk of heart problems (we don't know anything about you or your sleep pattern or your health, and we are not qualified to give advice about it) and you have to decide which route to follow.
